Rafael Nadal was all smiles as he met Argentina President Mauricio Macri ahead of his opening match of the ATP Buenos Aires tournament.
The Spaniard has been practising hard on clay as he bids to rediscover his top form this year following his disappointing first-round exit at the Australian Open last month.
Nadal is due to start his Argentina Open campaign on Thursday when he takes Juan Monaco in the second round.
Rafael Nadal posted the picture above of himself chatting with Macri on his personal Instagram account and wrote:
“It was a pleasure to pass these minutes with @mauriciomacri President of #Argentina. Thank you for making me feel at home.”
