Daasebre Gyamenah’s family says that they would not to permit the late musician to be buried hours after he died in line with Islamic tradition.

According to the family, the musician, even though he was a Muslim, he will not be buried in line with Islamic tradition for the reason that he was a royal from the New Juaben Traditional Area.

The remains of the musician have been sent from the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital (KBTH) en route to Koforidua.

Daasebre Gyamenah, only 44 years old,  according to his manager, Papa Loggy, passed away Friday, although he was an admission at the 37 Military Hospital.

Papa Loggy declared  to the media with the journalist that the late artist had not been in good health for some time now and had been in and out of the hospital.

The late musician’s manager explained to the media about  that Daasebre’s wife informed him that the highlife artist was an admission at the 37 Military Hospital where he died Friday morning.

He added, his body, was then transferred to the KBTH morgue.
