The English Premier League side, Sunderland is showing interest in Ghanaian deputy captain, Andre Ayew during the upcoming transfer window.
Sam Allardyce, the Black Cats boss bid for the Swansea top goal scorer for last season for an amount worth £10, but rejected by Swansea officials during last transfer window.
However, the coach has not given hopes of signing the Ghanaian star to the North East ahead of the next season.
Andre is on the Sunderland’s list of top transfer targets, although there is no such news confirm from the Ayew’s agent.
The Black Stars player finished as top goal scorer for the Swansea City in the just concluded English Premier League with 12 goals after joining the club on a free transfer from Marseille last summer.
There are rumors that Liverpool and West Ham have also shown interest in signing the former Marseille player.
During an interview with the media, the 26 year old says that he wants to play for a club that has already qualified for next UEFA Champions League.
If Sunderland will make a big offer, Swansea will like to sell him even after the boss Francesco Guidolin wants the player to stay around for the next season.
