The Black Stars of Ghana edge passes Mozambique in Accra on Thursday as they thrashed them easily 3-1 to move closer for their 22nd appearance at the Africa Cup of Nations.
The four-time Africa Cup of Nations continue with their impressive form, where they left in the 2017 AFCON qualifiers at home to maintain their 100% record in the qualifying campaign.
Frank Acheampong opened the scoring for the Ghana Black Stars just after four minutes of play to give Ghana a crucial lead.
The captain in place of the injured Asamoah Gyan, John Boye make it two in the 56 minutes of play to double the lead and within two minutes later, Aston Villa Star player, Jordan Ayew made it 3-0 for the Ghana Black Stars.
However, Apson Manjate pulled a consolation goal back for the visiting side, but it was not enough to stop, Ghana to extend their lead at the top of Group H.
