Ghana’s Peace Hyde has once again made Ghana proud by winning the African Broadcaster of the year award at the Nigerian Broadcasters Merit Awards 2016.

Recently she made history by becoming the first Ghanaian to get the desirable rank of Forbes Africa Correspondent, where she represents the West African region for the prominent leading business magazine.

So far, the most vehemently contested category in the award show was the African Broadcaster of the Year female people’s choice category, where Ghana’s Peace Hyde came out as the winner.

Media Personality and the Forbes Africa Correspondent won against the big names such as South Africa’s Bonang Matheba, Nigeria’s Dolapo Oni and Stephanie Coker.

Peace Hyde is also the receiver of the Young CEO Global Leader award and has been ranked as one of the top 50 most influential people in Ghana.

She has also been recently nominated for International Business Woman of the Year and Business Woman of the year categories in the Women 4 Africa awards, taking place in May 2016 in London.
