Bench Warrant which was issued on 5^th of February for the the arrest of Ghanaian hiplife musical artist, Wisa has repealed by the Accra Circuit Court.

The circuit court took the decision after the artist, who is standing trial for showing his manhood on the stage, showed up before it Friday.

On 5^th of February, amid the last hearing, the artist denied to appear in court when the case was called forcing the judge, Abena Agyin Doku for issuing the bench warrant for the arrest of musician.

When the bench warrant was issued, then Wisa later appeared at the court premises and along with his legal advisor, Jerry Avenorgbor, attempted hysterically to persuade the judge to pull back the bench warrant yet failed in doing so.

On Friday, lawyer of Wisa Greid contended that his client was not able show up in court on time since he was not feeling well at that time and consequently came after the hearing.

Jerry Avenorgbor begged the court that his client had dependably been going to procedures with the exception of that day. The judge, Abena Agyin Doku subsequent to listening to the statement of lawyer, rescinded the bench warrant.

The state failed to present any evidence in court amid Friday’s listening due to the fact that the investigator who is handling the case was unavailable. This constrained the judge to dismiss the case to the 24^th of February.

Born Eugene Ashie, the Ghanaian Rapper, is standing trial for illegally showing his masculinity in front of an audience while performing on the stage at the current year’s Decemba 2 Rememba concert, which was organized by Accra-based media on 24^th of December 2015.

In the middle of his performance on the stage, in front of an audience, the musical artist while jiggling his waist behind an amble woman drew down his white boxer shorts, which was already appearing in his droopy pants and hauled out his masculinity, rubbing it behind the woman.
