Garcia1968DeadTest20Main SongMango.comWell, here we are with the 20th volume of the kaleidoscopic DeadTest™ collection. It seems like it was just yesterday we rolled out these trivia quizzes – and here we are 20 installments down the road.

The response has been wildly and overwhelmingly positive so thank you for your insatiable interest and generous feedback. Apparently, Jerry and The Dead never get old (just ask John Mayer).

A very special thanks to Rosie McGee for use of her photo of Jerry Garcia (1968) above and on the SongMango Facebook page. Check out more of her amazing photos of Garcia and The Grateful Dead here

  • You got 1 out of 10 right (10%) – You need to use your lightning bolt more before you lose it completely. If you don’t use it, you lose it (or at least that’s what I’ve heard).

  • You got 2 out of 10 right (20%) – You need to use your lightning bolt more before you lose it completely. If you don’t use it, you lose it (or at least that’s what I’ve heard).

  • You got 5 out of 10 right (50%) – You need to use your lightning bolt more before you lose it completely. If you don’t use it, you lose it (or at least that’s what I’ve heard).

  • You got 6 right out of 10 (60%) – Not bad but you should brush up a little. I’ll be honest, your score reminds me a lot of my high school math tests. I graduated, but barely.

  • You got 7 right out of 10 (70%) – You’re scaling the mountain but need to polish your skills a bit before planting the flag at the snow-capped summit.

  • You got 8 right out of 10 (80%) – Hey now! Pretty solid work. You know more than Bobby Weir has forgotten. Pat yourself on the back, and grab a cold beer (or a seltzer if you’re abstaining).

  • You got 9 right out of 10 (90%) – BAM! As close to the sun as you can get – without burning the fuck up. Your lightning bolt is pulsing with knowledge. If you take your hat off, you’ll be the envy of almost everybody at the show.

  • You got 10 right out of 10 – SMOKED!! Damn you’re good. Nobody, not even Jerry (if he was still with us), is supposed to get all of them correct. Your lightning bolt is by far the biggest in the room.
