What kind of words do your choose- when you talk to yourself? Are they words of kindness and encouragement? Do you talk to yourself the same way you would talk to your best friend? Then good for you!
But if you use words that tear you apart and bring you down then why are you doing that? You say you want a more positive way of living but it hasn’t happened for you yet. Did you ever stop to think that the words you use to talk to yourself are bringing you down and stopping you from reaching what you want?
