Makes 12 Brownies
Ingredients:
1 x Can of Black Beans (drained weight of 230g)
40g of Rolled Oats
10g of Cocoa Powder
25g of Choc Shot
5g of Fry Light
20 Drops of MyProtein Toffee Flavour Drops (Optional)
30-50ml of Water
1 x Square of Lindt 90% Dark Chocolate (10g)
Instructions:
Pre heat the oven to 220 degrees C.
Blend all of the ingredients except for the dark chocolate in a blender until smooth. Break the dark chocolate into small chocolate chip like pieces and fold half of the chips into the mixture. Find an appropriate cooking dish, we used a ceramic 7 x 5 one, and spray with 10 x fry light sprays to grease the dish and stop the brownies from sticking.
Empty the mixture into the dish and smooth over to make it even. Top the mixture with the other half of the dark chocolate chips.
Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the brownies.
Set aside to cool before cutting into 12 pieces.
