Hello guys! Recently I found a hidden gem located in the heart of East Coast Park. Thanks to my friends that asked me along for cycling at East Coast Park. We had our dinner at the Coastal Rhythm bar restaurant. It is conveniently located at the East Coast Parkway, the irresistible charm of this waterfront bistro combines with the tastiest Nanyang favourites and modern European cuisine to offer a meeting point for all water-sports enthusiasts or families looking for a fun day out.

Beef Salad
Started off our dinner with a good salad!! The salad is served with beef , lettuce, potatoes, hard boiled egg, and salad dressing also their home-made special sauce! The beef was extremely soft and tender. The secret dressing was very flavorful, fragrance and refreshing! I am a salad person but this salad was really good.

Mac and Cheese
The ladies favorite!! This Mac and Cheese was not just your average Mac and cheese!! The cheese was well melted to the macaroni, cheesy and flavorful! Every bite you will get a mouthful of goodness cheese!! It's really addictive, I will definitely be back for more.

Nasi Lemak
This plate of Nasi Lemak came with, Otah, egg, chicken wing, fried fish, peanut, ikan bilis, rice, cucumber and sambal chili. The sambal chili was the bomb, it was spicy, fragrance and addictive. The rice is full of pandan aroma, the otah still my favourite in dish. Otah was spicy and well steamed. The otah was freshly made my the chef daily, so be sure it will be fresh and good.


Beer Battered Otah
My favorite dish among all!! The otah was super addictive that I can finish this whole plate by myself!! The otah was soft, moist and spicy! The beer battered was good. Well combined with the otah!!

Waffles with a scoop of Ice cream
What is dinner without a dessert!! We order a waffle with a scoop of Belgium chocolate Ice cream topped up with berries. The waffles was extreme crisp, thin and flavorful. The Belgium chocolate Ice cream was perfect for this waffle!!

My Verdict:
New hidden gem found in East Coast Park that brings you the best localicious taste. Thank you Coastal Rhythm for hosting us over a delightful dinner. We had tried most of their signature dishes, it tastes delicious and the food displays were pretty well done. Otah and Mac & Cheese are my favourite dishes in the menu. Overall, it is highly recommended for everyone to chill at the Coastal Rhythm Bar Cafe for good foods and drinks.
