Palace Of Versailles

Welcome to France! Our first stop is the Palace Of Versailles in Paris, which housed the kings and queens of France up until the French Revolution. Opulence is an understatement at this place.
Almost every surface is covered with incredibly intricate paintings, a lot of which are either of the palace or the goings on of the palace. Let's just say the place is exquisite, but just wait until you step outside to see the gardens...
Now of course the gardens are way too big to simply just walk around, so the best way to see as much as possible is to rent a golf buggy, which is exactly what we did. You can hoon around at about 5km per hour to see all the other palaces and beautifully manicured gardens.
Palace Of Versailles, what an unreal place. It seriously baffles me that this can exist. Definitely one to tick off the bucket list.
