Kala Chashma is not going down the music charts any time soon!

Baar Baar Dekho Song Kala Chashma has gone on to become the tune of the week within two days of its release. I am saying this because I am sure it’s not coming down the music charts anytime soon. It’s that kind of a song that demands to be heard on loop. If you have heard the song, you will agree with me!

We are sure Sidharth Malhotra and Katrina Kaif are on an all time high seeing the response. The song, despite being a remake of the 90s Indie-pop song, has become a rage. Fans are going gaga over the party number and the no of shares this has got is proof!  The song had released on 27th July  and had made a new record on Youtube by getting 4.3 million shares in 24 hours. It had reached the 10 million mark before 48 hours. This was the no of views 10,013,717 it had got when last checked.

Blame it on Kat’s abs, Sid’s looks, Bosco-Ceasar’s choreography, Badshah’s rhythm or whatever, the song has got swag and the nation has got a new party song in this one. We wonder what the film’s success will be like as the first song itself seems to have broken all the records. The film is said to have broken the marketing template for releasing the song of the film before its teaser, still or anything.

Talking about the song Karan Johar had said: “Kala chashma 2.0 is a party starter and has been the heartbeat of the Punjabi music scene for over a decade… Our revamped and rejuvenated version has enhanced the energy to an altogether different level.” The filmmaker went on to say that the song is in sync with the ethos of the film, which is directed by Nitya Mehra.

With the much needed attention that the song has attracted, we are sure a super hit film is on its way! Produced by Excel Entertainment and Dharma Productions, directed by Nitya Mehra, Baar Baar Dekho will hit the theatres on 9th September, 2016.
