“Q1 of 2016 produced a 38% YoY organic growth and we felt to help accelerate and support this growth an acquisition was a prudent strategy,” stated John Paider, Capture division President. “Syscom has been an excellent competitor for years. Their reputation, experience and deep product and market knowledge made them a logical choice and their leadership added great value to our company.”
