TDF Day seven. not quite so productive

Today has really been a day of housework, Fleece washing, zoom meetings and a little stitching. I did get some spinning done, 60gm Shetland.

I did, however, take the opportunity to unpack a fleece that arrived a few days ago. This is the only fleece that I have actually bought this year (so far) I wanted a brown Ryeland and that's what I got but it had been rolled so tightly that I couldn't unroll it properly.

Also in the bag was a note saying that they had included some extra fleece as a gift

A lot of marker on this one, shorter staple and light grey in colour or maybe it is really dirty? I will investigate more during the week if it ever stops raining.

I now have a serious mountain of fleece and by 10 this morning I had vowed not to get anymore, by 11.30 someone was asking me if I needed any fleece......

I also took some time out to work on my cross stitch some more as a break from spinning.
