I truly had good intentions when I started this blog. As I always do. But this past autumn and holiday season just wore me out. Having a two littles at home while attempting to manage a full time job…not to mention exclusively breastfeed…is nearly impossible. Nearly. But with the help of my husband, we’ve managed. Somehow. I could go on and on about all of the therapy I need but have not yet had time for thanks to 2020. But that is not what this blog is about!

The other reason this blog has totally lacked in content is, well, Remy’s Food journey is just not as interesting as I thought it would be! No really. He just eats everything. It took Elodie a good 16 months to really swallow food and Remy has just been downing it all from the get-go. So far, the only foods he appears to struggle with is sauerkraut. And who can blame him? (He gets “clean”, no vinegar, organic, etc. kraut to help build up that good gut bacteria.)

Tonight he tried Eggplant for the first time, and of course, seemed to like it. I will say he absolutely freaks out for mandarin oranges and yogurt – so there are foods he prefers. I’ll keep posting photos of his meals of course, but the boy is on a roll and there is just not too much to blog about. I’m so proud of him and his huge appetite!
