I'm calling it a Tree as I've seen some experts say it is indeed a small tree that will reach 20 feet.  I didn't know what this "bush" was when we first bought this house but I noticed that it would bloom every March these beautiful, fragrant, white flowers and then, in a short time, they would fall off and then leaves would grow.  I had wanted to gather the flowers last year and make a perfume
