The Art of the Deal
by Donald Trump
Donald Trump is the most important man on Earth today. His controversial presidency has forced people to take sides on his policies and his character. However, Trump's character was developed over the years by his desire to make the best deals to create beautiful and iconic buildings such as Trump Tower and the Mar-A-Lago Resort. His deals thrust him up into the world of the billionaires, with Trump's current net worth amounting to 3.5 billion dollars.
The Art of the Deal is Trump's famous book on how he turned tough negotiations into brilliant business deals. His first chapter entails a week in his life, where he takes calls from morning until night and makes deals and schedules meetings on the fly. During the memoir, Trump talks about his deals with companies, individuals, and governments. In each chapter, Trump focuses on one of his projects, be it a glamorous 68 story tower, an economy boosting casino or a renovated residential apartment building overlooking Central Park. The hardships Trump go through are laid out in detail in the book, and he explains how he overcame them. At the end of every chapter, Trump recounts his triumph that resulted from the brilliant deals and negotiations he made.
At the end of The Art of the Deal, Trump writes an epilogue showing the results for every project he has undertaken. This book is a pleasure to read, containing about 350 pages of large text. The whole story is non-fiction, and several of the buildings that Trump owns operates to this day. At the end of my project to write this review, I recommend you to read about the origins of the world's most important man.
