Alessandra Ambrosio is serving up some serious Nail inspiration. On June 7, the model posted a video of herself getting a pedicure while simultaneously showing off her just-completed manicure. Her fingertips were a playground of colors and designs, creating the perfect mismatched nails ahead of the official start of summer.
The Pride nails were done by celebrity manicurist Queenie Nguyen and no two nails were the same. Her thumb was painted pink with a rainbow drawn in the upper right corner, and her index finger through pinky had clouds, a smiley face, a french tip with cherries, and a yin-and-yang symbol, respectively. If that doesn't sound like a party for your eyes, we don't know what does.
Whether it's the weather lifting everyone's spirits or just the rise in popularity once more of bright polish, mismatched manicures are definitely trending. We saw the same thing this time last year with the designer french tip trend, and just last week, Hailey Bieber showed off her own version of the look on Instagram with a mixed-media crocodile-print manicure. If you want to get in on the fun, add a personal touch to your own mismatched manicure with zodiac sign designs, constellations, and other special symbols that hold a deeper meaning to you, but are still small enough to fit on a finger.
