When Justin Hartley arrived at the Sag Awards this year, we had one major question on our minds: where on earth was his new wife, Chrishell? Though we were a little bummed to miss out on another swoon-worthy red carpet appearance from the newlyweds, that sadness immediately disappeared when we learned why Chrishell wasn't there. She chose to let a younger This Is Us star have Justin's plus-one ticket in her place so they could be present for the evening's festivities (which ended up resulting in a big win for the cast!). Does it get any sweeter than that?

Justin walked the red carpet with the youngest actor of his character, 10-year-old Parker Bates, and the two could not have possibly looked any more dapper. Later on, after the This Is Us cast snagged the award for outstanding performance by an ensemble in a drama series, Justin also met up with 18-year-old actor Logan Shroyer, who plays the teenage version of Kevin Pearson in the NBC series.

Chrissy Metz (Kate Pearson) also made the same move, as she brought the youngest actress of her character, Mackenzie Hancsicsak, along to enjoy the award show with the rest of the cast. Following the SAG Awards, Mackenzie tweeted an adorable thank you to her older costar, along with an explanation of exactly why Chrissy and Justin wanted to bring some of their younger costars. "Just want 2 thank Miss @ChrissyMetz again 4 very graciously & selflessly giving up her plus one so I could attend the SAG awards," she wrote. "Some of the kid ensemble didn't appear in enough episodes 2 qualify, but when the adults found out, they stepped up & offered their plus one. Thank U!"

Luckily, Chrishell didn't have to suffer from too much FOMO, as she was able to celebrate the big win with her hubby at the Netflix afterparty later that evening.
