Kate was spotted with her new hairdo on the set of the project, which is being directed by singer Sia, who is famous for hiding her real looks under her signature wig. Kate shared a photo of her buzz cut on Instagram on Wednesday, writing, "Freedom 🙌💇 Compliments of @sia ❤️ #OurBeautifulDirector." The star is also just the latest Hollywood leading lady to cut it all off, following in the footsteps of Cara Delevingne, Kristen Stewart, and Zoë Kravitz.
