Kim Kardashian Breaks Down While Talking About Paris Robbery on KUWTK

Although Kim Kardashian escaped her terrifying robbery at gun point during Paris Fashion Week in October physically unscathed, thoughts about the nightmarish incident continue to haunt her. In a promo for next week's episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians - the filming of which was placed "on hold indefinitely" in the wake of her robbery - the 36-year-old mom is shown breaking her silence on what happened to her for the first time. "They ask for money. I said I don't have any money," she tells sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian while holding back tears. "They dragged me out to the hallway, on top of the stairs. That's when I saw the gun, like, clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun. Looking down back at the stairs." Kim goes on to explain the exact moment where she truly began to fear for her life. "Am I gonna run down the stairs and be shot in the back?" she says, sobbing. "Either they're gonna shoot me in the back, or if they don't and I make it, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like I'm f*cked. There's no way out."

A previously released clip also shows how Kim reacts to hearing that husband Kanye West was being hospitalized for sleep deprivation and exhaustion in November. "Don't scare me, please. What's going on?" Kim says over the phone, before telling someone, "I think he really needs me, and I have to get home." Amid all of the dramatic ups and downs that the Kardashian family has gone through over the last few months, the video reveals how they never stopped being there for one another. "We're so close," Kim says in a voiceover. "We feel each others' pain."
