‘Punjabiyan di Shaan’ Baisakhi Celebrations at Cafe NH8 Radisson Blu Udyog Vihar is a Culinary Festival where food is celebrated with culture of Punjab.
As people all over the country celebrate the harvest season with joyous mood.
Here at Radisson Blu Udyog Vihar Baisakhi Festival is happening with plethora of dishes to choose from.
Here Executive chef Amit Sharma has done a wonderful job at crafting such an amazing menu for all the food lovers.
Wadi here was so delectable in taste with the filling of gram (chana) and just the right kind of tenderness made it a perfect starter. It was served with mint chutney.
Mini samosas also served as a nice appetizer with the paneer tikka,which were also done nicely.
In Non Veg starters Fish was definitely one of the best non vegetarian starter here, full marks to it. Served with Onions, Lemon and Mint Chutney, made us remind of our days in the State of Punjab.
Talking about the main course it was quite sumptuous and definitely food which was well balanced and done brilliantly.
Here Ludhianvi chicken was our favorite, chicken pieces were cooked nicely and the pieces were juicy, toothsome and the gravy complemented the chicken which was perfect in taste not too thick and beat thing was the flavor was still intact.
Finished the full course meal with desserts which was practically icing on the cake.
Hot jalebi with Rabri, Chocolate Moose, all these are our favorites.
Well this Baisakhi is going to be fun and we had loads of fun here at Cafe NH8, Radisson Blu, Udyog Vihar.
