Wildfire is considered as Northern India’s first Brazilian restaurant which serves some really unique and lip smacking barbeque dishes.

It is located at Crowne Plaza Hotel , Sector 29 Gurgaon.

Now coming to food they have a lavish 5 course,7 course and 12 course Menu with a variety of cocktails and mocktails which one could order from.

We settled for 7 course menu as our server told us that most people can eat only upto their 5 course menu.

So firstly there was a buffet of light food with different salads which slices of salmon fish, chicken etc.

And we were served with Vegetable soup which was pretty thick.

Then started our culinary journey with barbeque 7 course menu.

Started with a Brazilian cocktail which was a speciality there with Barbequed Pork Sausages which were nicely done.

Then came Smoked Duck and Chicken which was really good. Nicely Barbequed and one could really taste the meat which was superbly done to perfection.

After which Tenderloin , Jumbo  Prawns we had, tenderloin was so juicy and gave a good bite, it was flavorsome.

We were done by the fifth course when Chef brought the mutton with juices oozing out from the Barbequed meat and who could miss that.

After this in dessert we had the Pineapple which was again Barbequed as a whole and the chef told us that they put brown sugar, honey in the Pineapple.

Taste of the the Pineapple was really good as the burnt flavor complemented the sweet taste of the fruit.

Rio is the Brazilian Chef who made sure we enjoyed our meal. Staff was also polite and the restaurant also promised a new menu with less people around us.

It definitely made our experience pleasant. And this is an experience that we would surely cherish for a long time.
