Tkay Maidza – Cashmere

Last Year Was Weird, Vol. 3 is the name of Tkay Maidza’s new EP, and it’ll be out on July 9. I really dig this summery single.

Quickly, Quickly – Everything Is Different (To Me) / Feel

I came across Quickly, Quickly (aka Graham Jonson) over at Stereogum and pretty much instantly found myself real into this pair of dynamic pop tracks. His album, The Long And Short Of It, is due out August 20.

2nd Grade – Superglue / Favorite Song

2nd Grade has reworked an older set of songs, and they’re calling it Wish You Were Here Tour Revisited (due out June 25). Both of these power pop tunes are super catchy.

Pom Pom Squad – Crying

This is one of the more clever, weirdly humorous sad songs that I’ve come across in quite some time. Pom Pom Squad will release Death Of A Cheerleader on June 25.

Lucy Dacus – Brando

Every single so far off of Lucy Dacus’ upcoming album, Home Video (due out June 25), has been spectacular. I’ll be very surprised if the LP doesn’t end up being a big one for me.
