NAACP Image Awards 2017: nominations announced

Nominations for the 48th annual NAACP Image Awards were announced today in Beverly Hills. Beyoncé has the most nominations with 7 nods while her sister,  Solange Knowles, received 5 nominations. Other multiple nominees include, Chance the Rapper and Kendrick Lamar who each received 4 nominations, while Donald Glover and Nate Parker both Received Nominations for 3 awards. Beyonce and Chance the Rapper are candidates for Entertainer of the Year aong with Viola Davis, Regina King and Dwayne Johnson. 
Anthony Anderson returns as host. 
Winners will be announced during the two-hour star-studded event hosted by Anthony Anderson, which will broadcast LIVE on TV ONE on Sunday, February 11th, as a two-hour special. A 90-minute pre-show will air live from the red carpet at before on TV One.
