Phaedra Parks‘ ex-husband Apollo Nida was released from prison over the weekend, The Blast reports. He is living at a halfway house in Philadelphia and will be done finishing his sentence there on Oct. 15

Nida, 40, was spotted with his new fiancée, Sherien Amufti, shortly after his release. They became engaged while he was behind bars in 2016.

Nida was sentenced to 96 months in prison on conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud charges and was ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution.
