YG Says There’s Too Much “Fake Love” For Nipsey Hussle

YG held a listening party for his new album, 4 REAL 4 REAL, and he called out people who have jumped on the Nipsey Hussle bandwagon in the wake of his death.

While detailing the inspiration behind his tribute record to Nipsey titled “My Last Words,” YG explained: “It’s not a real song, it’s my last words, it’s from the day when Nipsey Hussle had that beautiful situation at the Staples Center when I got on the mic and I spoke, and I put that as the last track on my album.”

From there, the Bompton rapper didn’t hold back when he added: “FYI, there’s a lot of fake a** Nipsey Hussle love out there you know what I’m saying, it’s a lot of fake s***, and the family ain’t f****** with that s*** and n***** need to get slapped.”

With that said, despite the tribute record being noted as YG’s ‘last words’ to Nipsey, the Bompton artist also proclaimed that he’s going to keep speaking on him as he continues to honor the late rapper’s legacy.
