Rapper G Herbo has been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery after he allegedly dragged his baby mama, Ari Fletcher, by her hair during an assault which took place last month in Atlanta.

According to TMZ, prosecutors are not only accusing him of intentionally hurting Ari by dragging her, but they said he also scratched her arm badly enough to leave visible wounds. According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Herb has been charged with one count of misdemeanor battery. Prosecutors also told the news site that the 23-year-old Chicago rapper is looking at a max sentence of 1 year behind bars if he’s convicted. 

As we previously reported, G Herbo was arrested in Atlanta last month after cops said he assaulted Ari Fletcher, who is reportedly pregnant by boxer Gervonta Davis. It is unclear what sparked the big fight, but what we do know is that Ari had previously accused Herbo of cheating on her while they were together.
