A Woman was granted a restraining order Thursday against Chris Brown, after the R&B singer allegedly hit and stalked her, according to documents obtained by The Blast.

 Brown, who became notorious in 2009 for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna, has also been recently named in a sexual battery lawsuit, in which an unnamed woman claims “she was imprisoned in Brown’s home, prevented from accessing her cell phone and raped by one of his acquaintances,” the Blast reports. That lawsuit is currently being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department, and has not been presented to the District Attorney.
