All lanes of the inbound Eisenhower Expressway were shut down Monday morning at South Independence Boulevard as Illinois State Police investigated a shooting west of South Sacramento Boulevard.

One of the vehicles was then involved in a crash, ISP said. The driver exited at Sacramento. The other driver continued east on I-290.

State police said as of 11:20 a.m., no one was hurt in the shooting.

It is unclear how long the inbound lanes will be shut down.
