Ginger and IFRA

I know I've asked a similar question in the past, but just wanting to double check I'm calculating correctly.

Using Ginger Essential Oil, CAS 8007-08-7. There is no IFRA category 4 usage %.
According to the IFRA Annex I, Ginger Oil contains Citral @ 2%, and Geraniol @ 0.5%

Citral is limited to 0.6% of the finished product.
Geraniol is limited to 5.3% of the finished product.

Therefore, in a 100 gm finished product, if I used 10 gms of ginger oil, there would be up to 0.2% of citral in the finished product.
So I could use up to 30 gms of ginger oil before I reached 0.6% citral (provided I haven't used any other citral containing oils).
Is that correct?
Thanks

And 2nd question - does anyone have any info on Honeysuckle Absolute, CAS 223749-79-9 ? I can't ind anything on the Standards Library, or the IFRA annex I. Good scents doesn't give much info regarding any restricted components.
The best I've found is: https://www.aromantic.co.uk/technica...-2018-aro.aspx
Which says it's safe to use at 18.60% of the finished product, but no CAS or anything to ID, just that's it's Honeysuckle Absolute.
