Searches on "Universal Perfumes and Cosmetics" bring up a lot of posts on the quality of their dupes and experiences with international shipping, but I have a couple of questions on people's experiences with using/diluting their Concentrated oils:
1) How "concentrated" are these oils? Are they like 100% essential/synthetic oil mixes without any dilution/carriers, or does "concentrated" just mean they're much stronger than an eau de parfum, but still diluted with carrier oils (like 40% concentration in carrier oil)?
2) Are the concentrated oils too strong to use on skin? Are we supposed to always dilute them before using on skin?
3) Have you tried diluting the concentrated oils in carrier oil/alcohol, and how did that work out for you? Did particular carriers work out better for the concentrated oils? What dilution strength did you use and what was longevity like of the final product?
I received a small shipment of several concentrated oils from them, and will start experimenting, but since diluting with carriers will take weeks to macerate, I was hoping others here have some pointers from their own experiments.
