Strange thing happened to me. My Wife started telling me that I stink. She started sniffing around my torso and said I smell of either BO or some dirty week old worn clothes.

You see, I bought a gift set of Guerlain Vetiver for my birthday about a month before. I absolutely loved it after trying it on my skin at the department store. So decided to buy and seriously enjoyed it for a few wearings. Then this "wife" thing had happened. I started suspecting Vetiver but she blamed a new washing liquid. Ended up re-washing all of my business shirts and t-shirts.
Next time I wore Vetiver the same feedback from my wife: I stink.

Tonight I sprayed it on me after coming back from work and a few minutes later she said: "That's it!".

The sad part is I do not detect any of the BO or foul smell notes. It smells wonderful to me as the day I bought it.

So my question to you all is how is it possible that it smells great to me but for the person around me it is a "stinker"?

Is it a well known fact that Guerlain Vetiver has some notes that give that perception of an "off" smell?

I am afraid that people in my office had felt the same as my wife - I stink (shock and horror)

Any opinions and a feedback would be great.

I may even sell it after all.
