Any Grooming Products You Use That Add Unintended Scent?

Hey all,

I've tried to carefully select products that either match/pair well with my scent of the day, but there are a few items that still have a scent that invariably sneaks onto my scent of the day. One of them is the "Axe Messy Look" hair paste. It's got a certain indescribable scent, but is actually nice and doesn't seem to mess up any of my scents. It's a clean, almost puddy/lotion scent that I have nothing to compare to. It's masculine smelling and clean and doesn't call attention to itself, but it's definitely 'there' and mixed into my current scent. I used it this morning and it still detectable underneath Bois du Portugal. I'm not upset at it though because it really is not intrusive. My hair gel doesn't have any scent though. Only the hair paste.

Also, my COQ10 hand lotion has a scent that I don't care for. It says it's 'unscented' but the ingredients definitely have a scent. A lotion-like scent. I sometimes use my pre-shave oil as a hand lotion because it's truly unscented except for a nearly undetectable olive-oil type vibe, but I must get very close to smell that.

I've noticed there are many, many products that have a scent imparted not by any intended scent oils, but by the very ingredients themselves.
