Meatball Sandwich



Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Chuck
  • 2 cups Pasta Sauce
  • 1/4 parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sage
  • 1 cup Day old bread (blended into crumbs)
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Ground Chuck, Garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, Sage, Bread Crumbs, parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll approximately 2 tbsp of meat mixture using the palms of your hands. Place meatball on greased baking sheet. Repeat until all the meat is has been used. Make sure that none of the meatballs are touching each other on the pan as this could mess up cooking temperatures.
  4. Place sheet of meatballs in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While meatball are cooking, heat pasta sauce on the stove on medium low heat. Once meatball are done cooking, add meatballs to pasta sauce. Cover meatballs with pasta sauce.
  6. You can serve the meatballs as is, or toast 2 slices of the remaining day-old bread to make a meatball sandwich.
