A Spanish homeless man who has been living on the streets of Palma for 25-years, working as parking attended in order to earn for food was offered a complete treatment in a local saloon where people have already known him well. The dramatic transformation of his look, which went from Homeless man to a Stylish Hipster, left Jose Antonio so emotional that he couldn’t hold his tears.

The process of the transformation, which included a new haircut, dying his hair and beard and more stylish touches, was filmed by film producer Dr Filmgood and posted on Hair Salon La Salvajeria’s Facebook page for their third birthday. Jose Antonio, 55, is homeless for 25 years.

Many locals of Palma, Spain, know him as an unlicensed parking attendant working for a small wage.

People of a local hair salon decided to transform his look and gave him a complete treatment.

Salva Garcia, the owner of La Salvajeria hair salon, started the process of transformation.

His grey hair was dyed and stylishly cut.

More stylish touches by hands of professionals…

“Leave the doors over the mirror open for the moment so I can see myself for the last time like this,” said Jose to the cameraman.

“Then close them to see if when they open again, it’s as if something else really opened up in my life, like a symbol.”

“F***, My God, this is incredible, is this me? I’m so different, no-one’s going to recognise me unless I tell them who I am,” Jose reacted with strong emotions on his new looks.

From homeless man to a hipster, the transformation is really huge.

He stepped out of the saloon with new clothes and shades… camera followed him.

One local couldn’t resist asking him: ‘Where’s your Ferrari, mate?’

“It wasn’t just a change of look. It changed my life. What I want now is a proper job,” said Jose, who is off the streets now, for a Spanish TV station.
