Dangal has gained Rs 132.43 crores in the domestic market in just 4 days and broken many records in the process. To mention, its Monday box office collection was the highest seen this year, which overtook Salman Khan’s Sultan also.

The film topped it off with it’s brilliant Monday collection of Rs 25.48 crore. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh shared said that it’s splendid and fabulous FABULOUS. With the film passing the crucial weekday test, it is obvious that Dangal is the dhobhi pacchad that the B.O. really needed.

Add the overseas Dangal collections and the lifetime collection of Dangal can be around Rs 300-350 crore. And that leaves us wondering if Dangal could start a new Rs 400-crore club for Bollywood films!

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film also stars Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra along with the Mr. Perfectionist. The film is about the real-life story of Mahavir Singh Phogat who trained his daughters to become world-class wrestlers.
