According to Times Live, Jordaan is accusing Khoza of being behind the rape case opened against him by Ferguson.
Last month, Ferguson laid a rape charge against Jordaan.
Ferguson accuses Jordaan of sexually assaulting her at a hotel in Port Elizabeth 24 years ago.
Jordaan has repeatedly denied the accusation.
