Actress, Dominique Fishback has been dropping jaws with her black excellence! She’s been doing so well that she was recently signed to UTA (United Talent Agency). Fishback made her first big break in acting back in 2014 playing 22 different characters in one play, along with receiving some writing credentials. The young Actress has now made her way to the Big Screens with her leading role in HBO’s series “The Duece”, also having appearances in “Show Me a Hero” and USA’s “Royal Pains”. Even the legendary Jay-Z himself noticed her unique talent, requesting her to play the role of his own mother in his music video “Smile”.
Fishback’s work has many people raving all over, with nothing but positive feedback! The Hollywood Reporter’s own, critic David Rooney stated: “A magnetic presence at the center of virtually every scene, she gives a beautifully internalized performance, defined by taciturn Angel’s anger but softened by her scarred humanity.” in his review for one of Dominique’s latest projects “The Night Comes On”, where Fisher plays the role of an elder sister struggling to take care of her younger sister, after their father has killed their mother.
Dominique is said to be playing the role of Kenya in the upcoming, novel-based film: The Hate you Give. At only 22 years young, this Brooklyn native couldn't be off to a better start for her new year! We’d love to see this beautiful face on the big screens even more!
