A flight attendant apparently mistook seven-time Olympic medalist Simone Biles for a child and gave her a coloring book during a recent flight.

The 25-year-old gymnast took to her Instagram Story last week to share the embarrassing encounter.

“It’s not the flight attendant trying to give me a coloring book when I board… I said ‘no I’m fine, I’m 25,'” Biles wrote in the legend that was shared on Twitter.

Biles, who is 4ft 8in tall, made an incredulous face.

The illustrious athlete may have been on a flight out of her visit to the White House on Thursday where she received the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

“Today she is adding to her medal tally,” President Joe Biden said as he introduced Biles.

The former foster child has won 32 Olympic and world championship medals, making her the most decorated American gymnast in history.

“I don’t know how you’re going to find room,” for another medal, Biden joked. The 25-year-old is an advocate for the mental health of athletes, foster children and victims of sexual assault. She is also the youngest person to ever receive the medal,” Biden said.

After the coloring book incident, another flight attendant offered Biles an alcoholic drink.

“The other stewardess gave me a mimosa so we’re easy,” she wrote.
