North Koreans and their leader, Kim Jong-un warmly received Chinese President Xi Jinping as he reached the capital city on a state visit.
President Xi Jinping has met with Mr. Kim four times before in 15 months but it was first meeting held in North Korea. President Xi Jinping also became the first Chinese president to visit North Korea in 14 years.
Both leaders will deliberately discuss economic and nuclear issues. Right Now, China-US trade war has affected the global economy and North relations also worsened with Washington over nuclear weapons. The recent meeting held just a week before the G20 summit in Japan where US President scheduled to meet with Mr. Xi for trade discussions.

Thousands of North Koreans filled the streets to warmly welcome Mr. Xi by waving flowers and banners. Meanwhile, the media remains busy to highlight Beijing-Pyongyang strong bonds. Mr. Xi’s will discuss delayed nuclear negotiations and the reasons for Hanoi talks collapse with Mr. Kim beside trade talks.
