The two possible opponents which Black Stars can Face in the quarter-final stage of the ongoing 2017 Nations Cup have been confirmed.
Ghana will either play DR Congo or Morocco in the quarter-final of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon as both teams won their last game to confirm their places in the last eight on Tuesday night.
If Ghana holds or wins against Egypt, they will face Morocco in Port Gentil as they will top the group D, while losing to Egypt will put them on second spot and then they will face DR Congo in Oyem.
Congo reached the last eight stage of the tournament after an astonishing 3-1 win over Togo in their last group C game.
However, the defending champions Ivory Coast face an early exit from the tournament after losing to Morocco 1-0, thanks to a goal from Rachid Alioui in the 64th minute of play.
DR Congo tops the group with seven points followed by Morocco (six), Ivory Coast (two) and Togo (one).
The game between Ghana and Egypt will decide that who will face who in the knock-out stage of the tournament as Mali has a slight chance of making it to the last eight, if they won comprehensively against Uganda and Ghana will beat Egypt.
