Nana Addo , Presidential Aspirant of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has emerged as winner in the Jaman North Constituency of the Brong Ahafo Region.
The elections in that constituency were delayed by 24 hours after political party agents, particularly the National Democratic Congress raised up concerns with the voter register.
An emergency meeting called by the parties and the District Security Council (DISEC) for delay of polls on Election Day, Wednesday, December 7.

He ordered the continuation of elections. However, elections could not continue on Wednesday. The Commission later ordered elections to be held on Thursday, December 8. After polls, Nana Akufo-Addo achieved 14,228 to win.
