On Sunday, JAY-Z attended the 60th annual Grammy Awards leading the nominations with eight possible wins. However, he left the celebration without a single trophy—and it wasn’t the first time. Despite earning 21 Grammy’s, the Brooklyn native’s been nominated 74 times and often lauded for his guest appearances on other artists’ songs like Beyonce’s “Crazy In Love” or Lil Wayne’s “Mr. Carter,” rather than his own tracks or albums like “Family Feud” or ‘4:44.’
