As we know the availability of resources and time so the goals are realistic in nature. How likely we can accomplish or not?

d) Relevant

Goals are said to be the small achievable from objectives and so makes a larger impact objective regarding materials. Does it make an overall difference in objective when goals are met?

e) Time-Based

This is used to set goals and complete them in a specific time frame. When will this goal get completed?

6) Meeting

Generally meeting are conducted in every project, we’re here this is used to exchange information, clear the unclear information, sharing of knowledge and know the status and updates of the project and how it can be mitigated further for smooth flow of the project.

7) Communication Protocols

A good communication process makes the project stakeholders for the smooth flow and stay engaged and to adhere to the scope, quality and deliver effectively. This helps to improve in many cases such as interaction in meetings and receiving information, change in the situation, analyze the project and for betterment, the communication barrier is omitted and for stress relief.
