Bill Clinton's brother Roger was a sometime actor, sometime musician, sometime convict.  He even had a role in the horror movie Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings, as Mayor Bubba.  He also performed a song for the movie.  So in the Clinton sibling rivalry, Bill became the leader of the free world, and Roger starred in the Pumpkinhead sequel.  Point, Roger.
