Salary details: Pay scale Rs 5200 - 20200 + GP Rs 2400 for Launch Mechanic, Rs 5200 -20200 + GP Rs 2400 for Sukhani, GP Rs 1800 for Seaman, Greaserand GP Rs 1900 for Tradesman.

Educational Qualification:

• Launch Mehanic - Tenth Standard (Matric) Pass with 05 years service on seagoing vessel with one-year independent charge of engine
• Sukhani - Tenth standard pass or equivalent with 07 years service on sea going vessel with 2 years experience
• Seaman - Tenth Standard passed with three years experience in sea going mechanized vessels with two years in helmsmen and seamanship work.
• Graser - Tenth passed with three years experience in sea going mechanized vessels
• Tradesman - Tenth standards passed with ITI certificate in Mechanical/ Diesel/ Mechanic/ Fitter/ Welder/ Electrician with 2 years experience.

Age limit: 18 - 30 years for Launch Mechanic, Sukhani and 18 - 25 years for all other posts
