Weight Watchers Points for Starbucks Bakery

Want to know what Weight Watchers Point options are available at Starbucks? Don’t worry. I’ve got you covered!

It’s no secret Starbucks is an all-time favorite for Weight Watchers folks like me.

It doesn’t make sense, but the truth of the matter is we like paying lots of money for a coffee and some sweet accompaniment.

It is what it is.

Hey, I don’t know about you, but for me it’s almost easier to shell out loot for overpriced coffee than it is to “spend” my precious Weight Watchers Points each day.

I only get about 23 a day and that doesn’t really last very long when you think about it.

So, every time I go to Starbucks I need a plan. Often the plan is to have something relatively low in points, but sometimes I just want something decadent and scrumptious from the bakery.

Maybe a croissant.

Perhaps a bagel.

It all depends on my mood that day.

Luckily for me (and other Weight Watchers out there we can have our Starbucks bakery items and eat them too!

Here’s a little list for the next time you’re craving a Starbucks treat.

Best news: they actually have some low point options in the bakery section! Yay!
