The King of Romance Shah Rukh Khan has given us several blockbuster movies during his almost 3-decade long Bollywood career. Co-starring Kajol, the 2010 movie ‘My Name Is Khan’ is one gem of a movie in which he not only won many more hearts but also ruled the box office in India and abroad. This Karan Johar directorial smashed many box office records and emerged as the first movie to rake in over Rs100 crores in the overseas market. Moreover, it won several awards in different categories at various award ceremonies.
Interestingly, the film had B-town actors Varun Dhawan and Siddharth Malhotra as the Assistant Directors. And Arjan Singh Aujla, who played SRK and Kajol’s on-screen son, is now 22-year-old and took a sabbatical to complete his education and is now back to pursue his dream- acting.
And today, as the movie completed ten years, the cinephiles and Kajol & SRK’s fans are sharing the iconic scenes and messages to celebrate the same on social media. Kajol took to her Twitter handle to share a clip and wrote that she has many memories associated with the film-
“Soooooo many memories. So much fun from Nysa's first Disney trip to seeing the history of San Fran up close and personal with the most amazing sunrise. It will always be one of my most fav memories! #10YearsOfMyNameIsKhan @karanjohar @iamsrk @M_Contractor”
Also, the official Twitter handle of Dharma Productions posted a tweet with a clip to mark the decade completion of the film,
