The people who speak about themselves cannot be relied upon. Art of living can be learned with the art of listening. Many a times we miss to learn because we miss to listen. A Filled Glass cannot take in anything else, rather it overflows spilling off even what it already has, whereas a half filled glass when topped with the Knowledge or syrup from other sources can give you a mocktail ;-)
The key to enhance your product value and climb up the success ladder is to be a good listener. Be open to views, the more you absorb the more learned you become; No doubt that’s why these professionals like doctors, lawyers etc charge such high fee even to give advice :-p !!
True knowledge inspires and encourages one to bring about a practical change in one’s life. The one with knowledge naturally imbibes it, and it is so revealed in his practical life.
As much as there is knowledge, so much there is divinity and elevation revealed in all words and actions.This is because he is humbly willing to learn from all situations. A person who keeps learning from all life’s situations.
When I am open to learning I’ll be humble to bend. Knowledge is like water flowing from a tap, if you want to drink it you have to extend your hand, bend your ego and open your mouth to take it in. If you will keep standing over the tap, the knowledge will keep flowing but will never reach you to quench your thirst. And when I give up my ego, false pride and arrogance, I will automatically will become eligible to learn. I’ll be open to everyone and everything to learn. I don’t have to wait for special time to teach me something. Every situation, every condition, every place can be my mentor – teaching, training and guiding me with the practical examples and standards.
